airBaltic does not care its customers nor EU regulations

 

Anybody know any consumer organization who would take my case further?

airBaltic refuses to answer my request to get compensation based on the European Parliament Regulation 261/2004. I have a decicion for my favor from the Consumer Disputes Board in Finland/Kuluttajariitalautakunta (for what I had to wait one year). I need help in taking this matter further.
